This project explored the role of a communicator in shifting culture and the tools necessary for race and equity communications.

We facilitate in-depth team training and individual coaching that goes far beyond the dated “DEI 101”. Our coaching is rooted in personal transformation: connecting a team’s “why” to the organization’s vision and day-to-day impact.
