Senior Analyst

Donua McDaniel is a Senior Analyst at We-Collab, where she brings her project management expertise to facilitate the successful completion of client projects. With a technical background and experience with systems like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce, Donua facilitates our client engagement process for key project deliverables. Prior to joining We-Collab, Donua spent seven years at ProUnitas, where she led in codifying platform data for a multi-tiered stakeholder support system encompassing over 3540 service providers across the Houston Independent School District. She also provided ongoing data-driven coaching and technical support to student support staff, middle managers, and executive leaders.

Originally from Houston, Donua served in the United States Army and has been an active member of the Houston chapter of the New Leaders Council, where she currently holds the position of chapter Co-Director.
