Rachel Flores is the Senior Brand Manager at We-Collab, where she leads design and copyediting for both internal branding and client projects. Committed to equity, Rachel works to meet individuals where they are, aiming to elevate everyone to equal standing. She views this as vital for fostering a more inclusive future by breaking down systemic barriers and fostering community belonging. With over a decade of experience in branding and marketing agencies, Rachel has developed a unique perspective on the integration of design, branding, and marketing. This insight is crucial in creating opportunities for small businesses and nonprofits.
Motivated by a desire to contribute to her community, she also teaches Fundamentals of Design at the University of Houston. An active member of AIGA since 2008, Rachel has served on the AIGA Houston board for five years in roles including Co-Director of Programming and Operations Director. She holds a BFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Houston.
